Drive-through staff are extraordinarily friendly and upbeat at every visit. Must be a company policy, but even if it is, the results are noticed and appreciated. It's a hell of a nice change from the rather indifferent and below standard social interactions at other fast food places. Most important, the chicken is always excellent. I have not spent a cent at KFC since discovering Mary Browns 3 years ago.
It's been a while since I last had Mary Browns, this has to be some of the tastiest chicken, better than KFC or Pop eyes that is for sure. I love the big mary spicy sandwich and the Nashville taters. Not greasy and very tasty. It is a little on the pricy end but the quality is definitely there.
Food 3*Vibe 2*Service 4*Mary Browns was always known for their amazing tasting spicy chicken sandwiches. But after so many years of eating here every time I'm in Canada, I'm sad to say my recent experience was underwhelming. The chicken sandwich was not freshly made and starting to taste a bit more bland like any other fast foods fried chicken sandwich. On top of the that the bread was cold and tastes like the dry generic supermarket ones you would get. Maybe it was nostalgia that gave me high expectations, or maybe its just that the quality over the years have gone down. But this has been a disappointment.

I ordered on skip from this location. Even though barton is closer. I ordered the 9 piece meal with a medium Mac and cheese salad that comes with the meal. I ordered a coleslaw on the side. As my daughter and I like Mac and cheese salad. My husband and my daughter and me like coleslaw. We sat down to eat. I got three salads. Instead of my medium Mac and cheese salad. I got 1 small Mac and cheese and 1 small coleslaw. Plus the coleslaw that I ordered extra. Someone goofed. instead of giving 2 small Mac and cheese salads. They gave me 1 and 1
I would give zero star if I didn't have to add the one to be able to write a review. I ordered chicken sandwich that was completely raw. Ate half of it before noticing. Disgusting and dangerous. They don't even inspect the chicken they are serving. Management just seems to want to slip this under the rug by offering a free sandwich? What if I miss a day of work from food poisoning? How will I be compensated then?
